Hotz Technologies Limited is establishing India’s first integrated compound semiconductor power module manufacturing infrastructure. In the first phase the facility will design and manufacture Silicon Carbide (SiC) and Gallium Nitride (GaN) modules that power electric vehicles, solar inverters, defence radar systems, and industrial automation. The 3-phase project will see semiconductor manufacturing facilities established at Noida SEZ for export markets and YEIDA for domestic supply. Hotz is building the foundation for India’s self-reliance in critical power electronics —backed by the trust, integrity, and excellence of the Hotz Group’s century-old legacy.
Hotz Technologies is developing a 3-phase manufacturing program across Noida SEZ and YEIDA to build India’s first integrated compound semiconductor power module supply chain. The program integrates advanced manufacturing capability, global technology partnerships, and disciplined execution while maintaining full Indian ownership. It is guided by four core values, Integrity, Excellence, Innovation, and Impact. This is further strengthened by three strategic pillars: Manufacturing Excellence, Indian Roots with Global Standards, and Strategic Partnerships with global semiconductor leaders.
Hotz Technologies Limited was incorporated in March 2026.
Hotz Group established this new 100% subsidiary to lead its entry into compound semiconductor manufacturing, with initial focus on power module assembly at Noida SEZ.
A three-phase build-out is underway across Noida SEZ and YEIDA to develop India’s first integrated supply chain for compound semiconductor power modules.
Pilot operations are targeted for Q4 2026-27 commissioning. First commercial production is scheduled for March 2027.
